Since 2009, the Global Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) Conference has been the premier forum for thought leaders and professionals to discuss improving project outcomes. While Group ASI no longer exists, with the formation of a new non-profit company (Advanced Project Delivery Association), comes an expanded version of the conference.
This year’s conference promises to be bigger and better with:
- An expansion to include data centers, oil and gas, chemicals, power and mining sectors.
- A broadened focus to include AWP, Lean Construction principles, Project Production Management, Traditional Project Management and other approaches.
- The inclusion of more case studies with an emphasis on the lessons learned,
- More awards presentations with special attention on the importance of data, focusing on a more diverse variety of projects: Large, Small, Regional and Global.
