DEADLINE EXTENDED TO JULY 30TH!

Advanced Project Delivery Association is proud to announce its Global AWP & Productivity Enhancement Conference, to be held in Houston, November 19-21, 2025. Join us and hear experienced practitioners share the keys to the successful deployment of AWP and other project delivery improvement approaches across a wide variety of different sized projects and industries. Included are actual case studies with an emphasis on the lessons learned.

The APDA’s 2025 Call for Presentations is now officially open! We’re looking for project-based submissions to fill our Case Studies breakout sessions. If your team has worked on an impactful project, we believe the capital projects community would greatly benefit from your insights. This conference presents an excellent opportunity to highlight your approach, reinforce its positive impact, and showcase your team’s achievements in delivering successful projects.

Please note that presentations can’t be solely focused on a specific tool; we encourage broader perspectives that offer value to a wide audience.

Several esteemed organizations, including Shell, Dow, JGC and Microsoft, will be presenting at the conference. If selected, your presentation will be featured alongside leading industry voices, ensuring valuable exposure and engagement.

We have a limited number of presentation slots available – only eight (8) in total so we encourage you to submit your proposal as soon as possible to ensure consideration.
